An idea without a plan goes nowhere.

Whether you’re unsure how to execute your vision, need to pressure-test an approach, or want to see your opportunities from a new angle, sometimes progress comes from shifting perspective. IGNITE is one focused week to refine your ideas or uncover new ones and turn them into a plan you can act on.

STUCK ISN'T A STRATEGY

IGNITE is designed for those moments when you need to:

  • Refine an idea into a concrete plan you can execute.

  • Uncover opportunities or reframe problems in new ways.

  • Validate a technical or functional approach quickly.

Or simply when inaction is costing you, but you're not sure where to start.

Ignite is a perspective change: a chance to see things differently, challenge assumptions, and make sense of what's next.

IGNITE
Sprint Structure

Day Zero

We do a fast but focused crash course to get up to speed on your business, team dynamics, and goals. This includes reviewing your high-level workflows, organizational structure, and tech stack to make sure we’re fully prepped for the week ahead.

Day One

We host a collaborative workshop to surface what’s actually going on: the successes, friction, patterns, and gaps that aren’t always visible from the inside. We align around key challenge statements, to focus on during our sprint, and end day one with a guided walkthrough of your systems from power users and product owners.

Want to learn how challenge statements shape the rest of the sprint? Check out our case study on Ignite in action.

Day Two

Guided by our challenge statements, we conduct stakeholder interviews to better understand how things actually work: pain points, bright spots, workarounds, and everything in between.

Day Three
We synthesize learnings from our interviews and sketch out potential solution opportunities, generating ideas grounded in actual team needs and organizational constraints.

Day Four

We translate those opportunities into something tangible, whether that’s a clickable concept, a light platform prototype, or a visual process redesign. Enough to make it real and spark engagement.

Day Five

We present our findings, the prototype, and a phased roadmap outlining clear next steps, helping you prioritize and plan with confidence.

Day Six (and beyond)

We stay available to answer questions, offer any support you may need, or help you take on the first phase of work.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Your team will leave the sprint more aligned, energized, and equipped with a clear, prioritized path forward. You’ll know what to act on now, what can wait, and how to move forward without guesswork.
