Death by deck. That’s what most strategy presentations are. At least to us.
Don’t get us wrong, we love research and analysis. What we don’t love? Decks that take longer to present than it would take to build a prototype.
PowerPoint is great for storytelling. You can share issues, insights, opportunities, and recommendations in a slide or two. But once the slide has been read, it’s done. The momentum dies the second the file gets buried in a folder, or worse, your email inbox.
Words can only do so much. They’re not always exciting. Or convincing. Or even that accurate.
Strategy is just guessing until it’s tested and it's always easier to say “what we’ll do”... until it’s time to do it.
Strategy → Action
We recently partnered with an organization that needed a digital strategy and a plan to better connect their tools and backend operations and strengthen their outreach efforts.
After we completed our research and analysis, we didn’t want to hand over a list of opportunities and just hope they got implemented.
We didn’t want our insights to sit in a deck for the next six months. We wanted them to move. To spark vision, momentum, and alignment across their teams.
So we built it.
We stood up a sandbox in their Salesforce org and created a proof of concept that brought their opportunities to life.
As a team that’s delivered both strategy decks and strategy POCs… we’re not going back. And honestly? You shouldn’t either.

Relationships are the cornerstone of everything we do at ODNOS (our name literally means "relationship" in Serbian).
That’s why we’re taking a moment to spotlight a few of the nonprofit organizations we’re proud to partner with. These organizations are doing incredible work under challenging circumstances, and without them, we'd all be worse off.
Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR) provides free and high-quality conflict resolution and mediation services to the Chicago land community helping to transform conflict into dialogue and resolution.
Teach Empower Achieve (TEA) creates powerful change for women in Detroit by providing wrap around services that help eliminate barriers to employment and self-sufficiency.
Veterans Collaborative serves active-duty service members, Veterans, and their families by leveraging resources and capabilities to strengthen accessibility to vital support and opportunity through a centralized network.
✨ We put our money (and time) where our mouth is. We proudly offer pro bono consulting to small nonprofits. If you know of an organization that could use some extra support, send them our way. ✨
Let’s Talk
Curious what a strategy looks like when it actually comes to life?
Want to talk about building something real, not just a recommendation?
