About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join us. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of technical solutions in the consulting industry. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Requirements

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.

    • Understand client business objectives and align our services to meet their needs.

  • Account Growth and Retention:

    • Identify opportunities for account growth and work closely with clients to develop strategies that drive business expansion.

    • Ensure high levels of client retention through excellent service and relationship management.

    • Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets and client satisfaction.

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical architects, functional consultants, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

    • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Support the sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.

    • Participate in sales meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on client feedback and market trends.

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of our technical solutions, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, and Informatica.

    • Provide clients with technical guidance and recommendations to address their business challenges.

    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure our services remain competitive.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on account status, project progress, and financial performance.

    • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    • Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
